Worst thing for CKT is super oily and zero wok hei. Take one bite and my BP become 200/100. Lebih baik I order CKT basah pulak if like that owai

no, this is school canteen ckt. Not enough drier.

Many people by default think fry large batch means no wok hei, actually not always true especially when you fry with charcoal because the wok temperature is higher than gas stove wok.

This got wok hei, but the batch fry and refry makes the noodles broken into short pieces.

7/10 for me, just ate this a few weeks ago.
