RA formed by your revocable consent letter does not has such power.

But this RA is formed under the convenient signed by purchaser, so purchaser "undertake" to follow the rules in this deed, so it is deemed as contractual basis. So they can take action based on this deed.

Gamuda project?

Noted. It's a project in seberang prai.
But if you read the deed that I arrowed red it says the deed will lapse once hand over. Not sure if I'm reading it right.
