Hey folks , I’m back to property forum . Wanna ask you guys opinion . Bj more atas or damansara ? I know a lot of damansara , confirm damansara heights the king . Apart of that , mutiara damansara ? Let’s say the rainz bj vs Surian ?

Atas mean like wah damansara heights Mont kiara desa park city bangsar … can’t seize in atas at all punya area , Serdang puchong cheras balakong sg long Kepong etc .. can bukit jalil fit in for atas ? And ya what I mean atas is , nicer place , nice cafe like Mk nice neighbourhood mall . Not those ah beng place like koptiam style etc ..

If you go by the population then of course Mutiara Damansara and the surrounding neighbourhood. Very established and the folks living there are middle to very rich. Tan&tan liked this post

BJ feels like an upgrade from puchong, serdang, cheras or nearby area, but not till really atas area yet like bangsar/mont kiara/mutiara damansara. Those ppl who are from ttdi,hartamas,pj area etc. would definitely consider mutiara damansara (MD) over bj. To them MD is more atas than bj. With mrt, well established shopping malls, great connectivity to vicinity areas, MD is well preferred.
