Just a few days ago, Syasya announced she was leaving Dolla. The group released a statement saying, “We know Syasya’s recent absence raised some questions. We regret to share that Syasya decided to step down from Dolla for personal reasons. The four of us are very close, and we still see Syasya as our little sister and will keep supporting her.”

On the 11th of April 2024, a video of Syasya, Dolla’s ex-member, with a hijab went viral on TikTok. It showed her donning a sweet white hijab with her raya outfit, which garnered a lot of praise from the netizens and even her mother. The celebrity can be seen to look a little bashful as her mom recorded the video.

According to industry insiders, the 23-year-old artist is planning to further her studies. This may explain why she quit the group in the first place. Most recently, her mom teased the idol’s new hijab look, “Simmer simmer,” in the TikTok video. People online were very positive about her change in fashion, which contrasts with her sexy image in Dolla

#Showbiz: Ex-Dolla member Syasya happily married

KUALA LUMPUR: Former member of local girl group Dolla, Syasya, 23, tied the knot yesterday.

A statement from the music outfit's management, Universal Music Malaysia, announced the happy news involving Syasya, whose real name is Norsyasya Afiqah Shahrizal, today.

Its managing director, Kim Lim, said that Syasya's plan to move on to a new phase in her life was also one of the factors behind her recent departure from Dolla.

"First of all, thank you to all parties including media friends and fans who have supported Dolla's career from the beginning until now.
"There is no denying that Syasya's withdrawal from Dolla surprised many.

"However, we accept the decision made by her which is a very personal one.

"I would like to share the good news that Syasya has married the man of her dreams today. This is also one of the main factors why Syasya chose to no longer be with Dolla," he said.

Universal Music Malaysia also hoped that the news would end the speculation that has been circulating.

"We pray for everything Syasya has planned to go smoothly and that her marriage will last until Jannah.

"What is also important is, hopefully, this good news will stop any further speculation.

"We also hope that all parties and fans will continue to support the creative career and works from Dolla," he said.

Previously, Dolla had announced via a post on its official social media account that Syasya was no longer part of the group on April 8.

Last month, Dolla represented Malaysia in the Chinese reality show, Show It All, produced by Lay Zhang of K-pop group Exo.

Show It All featured several girl groups from around the world as guest artistes and is currently screened on Chinese television station, MangoTV.

Dolla was formed in 2019 as a quartet, made up of Syasya, Sabronzo, Tabby, and Angel.

Its first single was Dolla Make You Wanna, released in March 2020.

To date, the group has released six singles including BAD, Impikan, and New Classic.

Dolla has won several awards including Most Popular Group/Duo in Anugerah MeleTop Era 2021, Most Popular Group/Collaboration in Anugerah Bintang Popular Berita Harian 25, and Best Music Video and Best Trending Song in the Gempak Most Wanted Awards 2023

I thought they get kpop-like ironclad contract to be signed with rules like "no bf, no preggy, no getting married ". Who knew they can easily bail out, which is unfair to other group members.




Need to change name to Doll or Olla already.

I think for Malaysia don't have those type of rules kot. But all of them kept their dating life quite private and no hint of BF dekat social media. But sad to see when they're getting recognised and moving up, one of the member left.
