 Which payment system best to use in Taiwan?, Visa? Tng? Cash? Or?

Hi, i plan to let my parents to go taiwan for travel about a week next year, may i know which payment system is safe/best to use there? My parents have tng and subcard visa from me but which safest and cheapest to use? Thks!

Best payment is u send yourself there and pay for them on the spot.

What kind of charsiew send their parents to foreign land and ask advice how their parents pay on /k.

Mostly use cash and their version of TnG card called Easycard that need to topup.

topup with easy card is the best for convenience store purchases and transportation. for buying food at street market, normally vendors still prefer cash

Not at all. Apple pay is accepted for most of the proper shops.
For Road side or night market, they use local payment App (Like Touch n go) like Line Pay, so maybe you will need cash for this.
