Any point to recabling DT231?

if the stock cable is already good.. then no.
from what i read, dt231 is a very good sounding entry level cans..
take note that recabling will affect sound balance and signature.. so a lot of time is needed to find the right combination of cable and balance of the sound..
plus cables also are affected by burn in.. so after recabling u will need to run the cable roughly 200hr to know the actual result of the recabling..
ksc75 is known to almost always give good result from recable.. hence people does it. the same cant be said for other headphone.
