the reasons that i opened this thread:
- i noticed that PcWorks recable users are increasing now
- wanted to thank my audiophile's sith lord tat trained me, helped me to gain knowledge of the dark side
- like others, my expressions are like when I heard it
- will like to know what's other reviews n comparison with the stock ksc-75. n also other Headphone earphone tat cost more than RM 150
- and most impotantly, i really impressed on the workmanship of PcWork.... i always there to see how he braid those cable, how he solder everything, he done every step carefully, seriously, n in a much professional way.... he always said, "things tat made or produce under "PcWork" brand cannot simply do 1". hahaha, i always laughed when he said tat, but tat's true, tat's how he does his thing
so i guess PcWork deserved to have our respect n appreciation



actually, i just got my recabled ksc-75 yesterday from him
previously i always tell him that i prefer my stock 1, coz it already burned in well (had used more than 2 years, shud b more than 200 ~ 300 hours of ussage?)
not until i went to his place to try again... this time I had a thorough test...
Noticed that PcWork recable ksc-75 got damn lot of improvement, and each improvement depend on which Amp n sources u pair with, unlike the stock 1 which was limited.

low
mid
high
bass
vocal

it's like improving everthing compared to the stock 1 n made it kinda mighty on the price it spent

my very little portable
yeah, dun have ipod or watever better DAP
coz i play CD more on speaker

yesterday i just pass him 20 units brand new ksc-75
so i guess those tat in the bulk might get in few weeks, since he need time to braid , n as he din simply do his thing, so he do it slowly
but i think sure lot of customer chasing him, all cannot tahan to test it

but if u wanna unleashed the potential of this babe
then u really need an amp to make it shine

mine still burn in at home
stock already can compete with px100/px200
recable duno can reach till wat lvl

tat we feel stock ksc-75 already pawn px100

may b it just us
coz he had a AB test px 100 - ksc-75 headphone
1 side using px100 driver while the other side is ksc-75
when put up n listen, ksc-75 is obviously nicer than px100

n recable is a improvement of the stock ksc-75, so no doubt pcwork ksc-75 gonna pawn px100
n for the price
i not sure buot how much is senn px100 cost nowadays
but PcWork Recable ksc-75 only RM 140

n some i not sure they have it o not

burn in more than 70 hours
so far i amaze on the soundstage....
so lebar 1........
n... it make it more transparent
128 Kbps mp3 really sux till the max when using this to listen......
it sux coz can hear damn lot of noise....

n now i can hear lot of small detail haven heard b4 in some lossless song

no wonder so many crazy on this recable....
i tot mine stock is good enuff n no need the recable..
but seem like i wrong big time ><

but just a thread for us tat own to apreciate wat PcWork had done
he done his research by trying out cables n plugs,
it really save lot of ppl moneys to get some qualities tat can pawn some other headphone tat cost around 300 or even more
n yeah i always there to see how he do his thing
is not a hype or anything
but u'll might gonna b the same when u there to listen, n see how this fellow done his things

n oh yeah
those tat put good review on this PcWorks recable ksc-75 is not some newbie audiophilers,
n tat's the reason they get impress on this kinda budget got this kinda sound qualities

i use to the recable sound n now i cant tahan listen the stock 1.....
the soundstage a really huge different.....
the recable so nice to hear when playing psp
got 3D surounding sound

the recable only RM 60
total up is RM 140
still consider a budget heaphone for the qualities
some 1 will spend RM 200 or more to get PX100 or PX 200
porta pro or so on
while this recable... some of them even try to compare with Senn HD series
n with nice AMP, this recable thing is really really rock

tat y i din recable so long time since PcWork "event it" till recently i heard PcWorks recable's 1
i really cannot believe the sound, so i got an extra 1 to recable it
i still keep the stock 1 for the legend sound, but get extra 1 for recable

something is meant for original
once u mod or recable, it isnt wat is it anymore
is like i was eager to MOD my Marantz CDP
but PcWork ask me not to, coz it not gonna b tat sound anymore tat marantz design
mean no longer original,
unless i got 2 set of the same CDP or the CDP is cheap enuff to try, else forget buot it

ksc-75 is different thing, it is bcoz it's budget, so really can have fun trying out wat it's driver can do
if blow or dead, can get a new 1 to replace anytime
he did tried few cable b4 to see which got better SQ till he come out this version

with some other reason n wat he did, so i come out this apreciation thread

every each time i plug to my pc to listen
each time giving me shock....
wtf with the soundstage..
even with LDM+, is really produce really really good sound

coz most the time i plug to psp, once a while i try it with pc n play lossless file
never experience this kinda thing b4.... duno i will get use back to my stock ksc-75 o not...

hamsapkuay yesterday tried my PSP with recable ksc-75
he cant believe psp sound n mine wide soundstage ksc-75 can come out XD

psp got help a bit
but the ksc-75 is the main thing
for my listening, the sound fade in air, like there is no boundaries,
but tat's for me only la, coz i still haven really tried high end headphone n how wide their soundstage can reach till
if those high end can reach better i might not think this ksc-75 soundstage wide dy gua

so he need to move all his sh!t load things, then still have to rearrange,
then assignments n project in hand to settle too
