i will say recabled ksc75 > recable prota pro. =)

Ming86, yours is not calbe problem. i will double check where is the problem during this CNY and have it ship back to you next coming monday.

the charge of the recable will be similar for recabling a ksc75. as the work that i done will be quite similar.
by the way. the old sony is headphone? or earphone.
it will greatly influence the price involved and cable choice.

for those who pm me about new ksc75.. i had recabled 12 unit of ksc75 for jaben last week.
i myself don't have new ksc75 to sell as i don't have stock of ksc75.
so please kindly obtain the new, recabled ksc75 from jaben if you are interested.

i can recable the headphone fairly fast cause i have standby those cable ready.
however , i just have big problem to look for available time to visit postlaju.
hence it will delay sometime.

by the way. currently i am back in sarawak.
there's 2 ksc75 on my hand for repair. that i will settle it after i back to KL at early march.

please wait a few more days.

ming. manage to fix ur ksc75 membrane dent problem.
and there's some hair drop inside it.. seems it might be the cause of the membrane dent..
anyway. i manage to fix it. please let me know if the ksc75 has any other problem or not.
else it can be ship out soon.

it is one most afforable headphone that provide seriously good sound for the price though, even the stock one already has very high Price performance ratio.

ya. quite seldom do recable iem, reason is, most iem cable is non detachable, and they glue the housing of the iem,
opening it has veryhigh risk.
unless that specific unit is damaged, else i really recomend not to touch it.

more over, the cable entry itself is fairly small, hence choice of good cable that can fit in, yet durable is very limited.
and most of the time i can only use back some generic headphone cable. despite it bring improvement, but it just don't worth the hassle and risk taken into that.

buying an simple amp / interconnects to match properlly with the iem anytime will bring more improvement than recabling it.
