Wall sticker is semi-permanent cos not so easy to change lah, after glue on wall. Removing later a bit mafan and can damage paint. But look very striking lah, if done well.

A print that you hang on wall, you can choose to change or move the print later. More flexibility. But big sized canvas print is not cheap, and poster might not look as good.
