As per subject - my mom's double story house has what it seems as bad water leaks at the ceiling (ground floor) and master bed room.

I tried to reach out to "Roof Repair Malaysia" but no response. Does anyone have any good contacts of Roof / Ceiling Repair (preferably able to converse in English) around Subang/Puchong area?

Pictures of the ceiling for reference - in case anyone done such fixing before and able to provide some rough quotation/estimates:

Your best bet is to go have a look at the roof itself to make a proper determination of the problem.
I know you want and hope that the fix will be simple and cheap (I would too, just sayin') but no one can tell from pictures of the ceiling.

So, above is also a toilet I can say.

Looks like the piping is no more original because I can see more recent PVC pipe just run on the wall.

Probably the piping covered by the ceiling has leak. The leak can easily seeps through the wall and affect the ceiling in Master bedroom which I assume next to this toilet.

This is no about leaking roof because it is ground floor. You just need to get a plumber to locate the leak. Repairing damage ceiling is second step. Need to fix the leaking pipe first.

The ceiling slope/angle in this picture looks like it is following the roof line.
