Hi,

I'm currently using TIME, and they confirmed there is no coverage for my new place in BU.
Which fibre do you use in BU? Is that good?
Any other good options besides unifi?

Unifi is the superior fibre network in Malaysia now. Just go for it.

They will even compensate you if the network disruption is caused by them.

Maxis is fine and you can get a good bundle deal if you happen to use Maxis postpaid. IMO, the free KAON router from Maxis is slightly better than Unifi currently.

Superior fibre but such inferior routing and out of Malaysia reliability

If most of your usage is local then it’s fine, but if you read the unifi thread some have issue with local sites and even LYN sometimes

For your scenario, which ISP have a better international routing?

For me with a mix of EU, US and China, TM is superior.

LYN is proxied on Cloudflare these days.

I don’t even know what my scenario is actually

But mostly UK and USA

Remember everyday got at least one website that would load, have to use mobile data or vpn

Remember having “is it down” on bookmark to check the websites status

My instagram and twitter would never load pictures properly

And I couldn’t play gta online for months in 2021 until I switch to maxis
