I have a customer, him and the residents are still fighting a case even after 6 years, why? Team keris had a project where it supposedly a guarded area but funny thing is, theres a private road build right through this 'guarded area' which link to the palm estate on the other side of the project where the palm estate is. Another customer moved out due to his 1 year old property's ceiling came crashing down. Whoever want to buy Perak's property, best to avoid this developer.
Im now looking at the progress of residential properties for Silverlake project, since 2017. Already songlap a lot by delivering minimal result.
Lesson is avoid developers who only develop pocket lands and Team Keris in Perak. Thank God Jeffrey Cheah is developing Tambun.
