lol Team Keris, I got work at there before for short period, often got customer have fight at office cuz bad workmanship, or many other matters, everyday the legal team also meeting like crazy, many case to fight
*
I have a customer, him and the residents are still fighting a case even after 6 years, why? Team keris had a project where it supposedly a guarded area but funny thing is, theres a private road build right through this 'guarded area' which link to the palm estate on the other side of the project where the palm estate is.

Another customer moved out due to his 1 year old property's ceiling came crashing down. Whoever want to buy Perak's property, best to avoid this developer.

Im now looking at the progress of residential properties for Silverlake project, since 2017. Already songlap a lot by delivering minimal result.

Lesson is avoid developers who only develop pocket lands and Team Keris in Perak. Thank God Jeffrey Cheah is developing Tambun.

U see, setapak once uopn of time was so damn peaceful, greeneries everywhere, less traffic, less cars, Less condos/apartments.

Now? Niama chibai, everywhere condo by the PV fuckers. Jam everywhere, buildings everywhere, cars everywhere, jam everywhere. Farkkk i hate setapak nowadays. Way too congested. I hope the building stops.

man ayam just felt so tired these days man. this city life is starting to drain me

endless malls and traffic jams.

at 1point everything felt so artificial . nvr into much social life anyway .

sometimes ayam do think of just selling all stuff and moving out to some remote place at other states outside KL

anyone worked in KL and successfully move away from the city to outskirts? when finally u able to do so?

At least we have a choice when it comes to public transport. If one still insist to drive then it’s their own fault & don’t complain. Penang at least got beach..err..that’s the only consolation. JB errr..also got beach.

I prefer moderate, not too city like KL and not too ulu as well.

This I think penang the best, got sea got hill got good food, got sufficient malls although not as much as KL.

Ipoh good choice too

And most importantly, home and workplace close to lrt/mrt/monorail. If lrt close to home is within first few stations better, morning can just sleep inside train until reached destination.
