SKL and its subsidiaries are an integrated logistics service provider principally involved in the provision of trucking services with a focus on airport-to-airport road feeder services. Additionally, the Group also provides container haulage services, warehousing and distribution services and other logistics-related services to their customers.
IPO in conjunction with the listing of SKL on the ACE Market comprising:
(i) Public issue of 200,000,000 new ordinary shares in SKL (“Shares”) in the following manner:
60,000,000 new Shares available for application by the Malaysian public;
45,000,000 new Shares available for application by the eligible directors, employees and persons who have contributed to the success of SKL Group; and
95,000,000 new Shares by way of private placement to Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (“MITI”); and
(ii) Offer for sale of 103,500,000 existing Shares in the following manner:
55,000,000 existing Shares by way of private placement to Bumiputera investors approved by MITI; and
48,500,000 existing Shares by way of private placement to selected investors.
