Recently my bank loan got disburse already means technically I managed to pay full amount before the 3 months deadline. However, I still havent managed to enter the unit because I didnt get approval from the developer. This apartment dont have JMB because its new. The developer request for a stamped DOA which I understand is going to take a long time before they able to change the unit ownership. Means that after change ownership then I able to enter the unit. I thought after I pay full amount and clear all outstanding fees then I can enter the unit? The maintenance fees is ongoing, means as of right now, I'm paying for maintenance fees without able to utilize the facilities etc? WTF? Is the developer got any rights to prevent me to enter the unit? Technically the unit belongs to the auction bank right, and I bought the unit so... there will not be any key handover / proper VP given (like subsale) just go in as visitor, apply new access card, cut n change the lock, argue with management. bring ur proclamation of sale and DOA, and maybe ask ur auction lawyer to issue a letter to mgmt to confirm the transaction has completed and u are the owner. smh niubility lawyer.
