Besides Bangsar,PJ and Subang , use to think highly of TTDI but now too many outside penchala visitors anyway what are good neighbourhood in Msia?

Desapark to me is the new Hartamas . I like the fact can take doggie to run around park. Any other areas you guys feel is good?

You can see at MK doggie being walked almost everywhere no issue. Either Solaris side, or Jalan Kiara 1 side and from and to those two.. for me, MK is much better now. With MK163 mall etc.. well, just my opinion.

It just depends if you’re after landed or unit then also budget as well as lifestyle considerations. Kenny Hills, Damansara Heights, city area?

Eventually landed but looking for a more upscale diverse neighbourhood but not Kenny Hill Damansara Height level kayangan la. I think just good neighbourhood with reasonable. Even bangsar nothing so special one house is 1.1 million because of neighbourhood. You compare Gombak and see price there is reason for bangsars premium price.

MK condos now got unbelievably high rental demand.not sure what rundown u mean.

every small plot of land - condo
DBKL has ruined it

Everyone got their own preferences.
I stayed at Tropicana Grande before and now MK, despite many people warned me about the congestion in MK, to me, as long as you go out or in at certain time, it’s manageable. Even thou I like the layout of Tropicana Grande more, I like everything else in MK, my son got more friends here as every evening, the maids bring down the kids and all gather at one spot and play together. Mostly expats kids. And supermarkets and eating places is all within 5 mins drives ( including Hartamas and Publika areas)

You did mention dog so locales with good walkability is important. DPC is almost unmatched for this.

TS can share what you like about Subang? Apart from being a decent peaceful self-contained neighbourhood.

If you don't mind me sharing, there is one condo just below Country Heights Damansara called Hampton Damansara, which is an exclusive atas area and within vicinity of desa parkcity, mont kiara and bandar utama. Something to consider.

setiaalam, gamuda cove, rimbayu all can bring doggie go run at park.

How about Taman U-Thant?

Gamuda Garden also con consider. Pet friendly park and theme park. That’s provided you’re okay to settle down in northern part of KV.
