Recently, I saw increase of ppl pumping fuel with engine running. Also explosion incident is only 1 in a billion. Safety is safety, yet no enforcement. Priority is to catch foreigner cars pumping Ron95 than safety.
Eventually might be seeing ppl starts smoking at petrol station soon
