I mean you can always create a thread at kopitiam and shout there.

As the Staffs/Mods didn't think a shoutout brings any means and it would consume a lot of space, it has been rejected.

If you would like to propose it, be prepared with good reasons.

1. To reduce unnecessary spamming in Kopitiam.
