Not sure about that property per say but never buy in shah alam. No good schools, no good food and when u wanna sell, noone wanna buy and stay there. Those who wanna buy will apply for loan after loan but wont get approved.

So bad reviews but prices keep going up up like no tomorrow only???

Went to its showroom at phileo damansara, developer is awan setia. Location wise looks great since right beside future lrt 3 station. But I never heard of the developer name before. Price wise for 3r2b 770sqft after rebate etc will be around 480k++ with fully furnish

Is this a buy or no buy? the price seems steep , so got room to increase and buyer in 10 years time? I have already place booking and got like 10 days before expired.

Make them student sleep like Bangla dorms la. But this will devalue if taken too far.
