Any recommendations for those lighter coloured WTM like those found in Melaka and Johor?. Klang valley all very dark with thick sauce.

It’s not only the dark colors but the taste also totally different. Southern ones much lighter in taste eg more lard oil, sesame or mushroom sauce being used. KV more dark soy sauce, sweet sauce or hoisin. Very distinctive difference in taste.
