Seldom seeing a township kind of project in JB. The nearest I could think of at the moment is MBW City, but that's without a lifestyle mall. Unless a revival of Danga City Mall (which I don't think so unless fengshui is changed there lol).

This is indeed one of its kind, next to a golf course, access to RTS, along a main arterial road, a freehold project amongst a leasehold area (Larkin)

Alternative? Look no further than R&F itself (omit the golf club out).

R&F office and hotel tower.



Although i would wish it a developer can use other design, the entire building is too close to each other and almost block the entire beautiful sea view. Feel to cramp and squeezed, somewhere like Hong kong.

I just realized from the pic there are another few more phase in the west side.
