Majority studio units, seems like it is geared for investment (AirBnb/homestay) purposes. About RM600-700 per sqft, potential Paradigm Mall and convention center.

Seldom seeing a township kind of project in JB. The nearest I could think of at the moment is MBW City, but that's without a lifestyle mall. Unless a revival of Danga City Mall (which I don't think so unless fengshui is changed there lol).

This is indeed one of its kind, next to a golf course, access to RTS, along a main arterial road, a freehold project amongst a leasehold area (Larkin)

Alternative? Look no further than R&F itself (omit the golf club out).

R&F Mall
R&F opera house.
R&F office and hotel tower.

Although i would wish it a developer can use other design, the entire building is too close to each other and almost block the entire beautiful sea view. Feel to cramp and squeezed, somewhere like Hong kong. ranting.gif

I just realized from the pic there are another few more phase in the west side.

The first phase of LRT Johor 1A (if implement) will be 11.4km between bukit changar and dangabay. I saw one saying Johor golf station, look connecting to the Adison towship.
