As title stated.
I am using a umobile prepare line and bought an add on recently (7 days internet add on etc)
I just receive a sms saying the add on will expire on tomorrow and it wll be auto renew. Can't seems to find the stupid stop auto renewal option on their app. And tried to google it ask me to dial *118*3*1*5# which does not work.

Anyone have any idea how to stop this ?

I dont understand is it so hard to put the auto renewal on their app, it seems predatory to hide this option unless I see wrong.

please try *118*2#

then choose Stop Auto-renewal

*118*1#, then select option 5 stop auto renew

Dont maintain a balance that is larger than the renew amount.
