1 of my relative successfully slot in 1 of the Rumawip unit. The density and location near the school and all quite nice.

This was originally MRCB project - Semarak City launched 10 years ago. Then in 2017/8 they sold 70% stake to TH.

From City now it is Kota.

Semarak, this land anywhere near the police training center or the kem side?

No wonder...usually location that has rumahwip sure got something one like cemetery, telco tower, factory, indah water and etc..

But cemetery macam better than factories..toxic gas scary. Hantu don't usually kacau people

Green Zone (open park) no any development in future
Kota Semarak East and West zone big empty land reserve by gov for institution and mixed development(gov project). Good for investors

And it is not rumawip they only allocate 100 unit under affordable housing scheme (rumawip).

Phase 3 shopping mall and office/residence

Pretty sure juggernaut developer like TH and MRCB already aware about this. 😅😅
