TH Properties and MRCB launch Kota Semarak's Padang Residence in RM3.09B mix Development in KL.

1 of my relative successfully slot in 1 of the Rumawip unit. The density and location near the school and all quite nice.

Yes , good location and jackpot for Rumawip buyers ..
For RM300k get Serviced Residence + prime area nearby KLCC

Total 3 Phase 27.9acres ..
Phase 1 : 7.29 acre - Padang Residence

This was originally MRCB project - Semarak City launched 10 years ago. Then in 2017/8 they sold 70% stake to TH.

From City now it is Kota.

Project GDV 3.09b
Green Zone (open park) no any development in future
Kota Semarak East and West zone big empty land reserve by gov for institution and mixed development(gov project). Good for investors

And it is not rumawip they only allocate 100 unit under affordable housing scheme (rumawip).

Phase 1 serviced residence
Phase 2 office
Phase 3 shopping mall and office/residence

Pretty sure juggernaut developer like TH and MRCB already aware about this. 😅😅
