Nothing is interesting the buyers to buy.
The billing is also sucks.

removed 1-2 months already

The only bill that survive for me now is Digi

And Zcity also adjust away my points worth RM60+ which not sure apa hal =.=

i had many points from shopee earlier.

lucky i still have water bills that can use 300 points per rm10. digi bills is like... very small percentage of points

managed to use like rm300 already worth of points. that tng pin is good... can utilize points...

Sad that sarawak electric bill removed which normally RM10 utilise 100 points

Dead app, now i just Digi RM10 utilise 75 points slowly slowly

I just noticed an 'Annual Zcoin Adjustment' in my app on October 1st. Why? I spent my Zcoins in September, so they shouldn’t have expired.

How much do you pay in your last transaction?

Zero Value in transaction will not renew your zcoin expiry date.

I checked with the customer service already.

"Zcoins earned from the calendar month of issuance is valid for 12 calendar months. All unused Zcoins will be expired and deducted from the user's ZCITY account after the end of the 13th calendar month."

So the Zcoins will not be renewed after the 12 calendar months even though I have spent every month.

point valid for 1 year only. so, points expired

Thought zcoin validity extend with every month use.

Anyone able to launch or use ZCity apps? Mine unable to load into menu page and hit error.



Did try re-install/re-login and also did with other devices. Result still same.
Wondering if their server is closed down for good.
