2 is almost finishing construction with some odd units left. 3 is on sale.

All casablanca unit has been sold out. Available only subsale.

Wondering if they will open up casablanca 4. Seems like there is an area left for another casablanca development. Not sure if it is

yes, north side of storm drain will be more cluster and SD mix launching Q4. Together with the 1st phase of bangalow on the other slope of the hill.

Only buy when the price is right

Looking into rm 1mil price point if possible. Otherwise, just wait for another casablanca development

Dont have any info. Other poster says Q4. Will look into it as well
