Is it possible to change tariff from commercial to residential for service apartments similar to TNB?

Yes but depend on your title. If got commercial lot in your condo then can’t do anything

Many service apartments and condo owner sometimes did not know this ..

Any advice on how to change the tariff to residential? I can’t find any info from their website. Just need to call or go to their office?
