Any brand/model recommendations to replace a toilet bowl with a 540mm floor trap. Normal is 10in-250mm but mine is 540mm.

Only 500mm unfortunately and Puchong Bath Innovations said offset not recommended or cannot be used with those models.

My place has an Inax WC with a rough out at about that distance. Unfortunately I cannot find the model number anywhere.
If you use the Toto one, (as suggested above) doesn't it just mean there will be a 40 mm gap between the wall and the cistern? Can't you fill it in with a spacer?
I'm going to be having this same issue when I do my renovations one day.

Actually I'm not 100% sure of the rough-in because I don't have the model number for mine as well but I'm sure its around 545 by measuring the pipe outlet from the false ceiling and other drain pipes to minus the tile/moulding thickness. If I measure the wall to the bolt, its 21in ~535mm. The 550mm (Asher C118S T88P) could be too long.
I could use a spacer but it could make the toilet abit too close to other things.... thinking of getting a contractor to change the outlet to standard 10inch.

Oh, I was under the impression that you were in a condo, that's why I thought you could not move the rough out. Of course move to 250 mm (or 305 mm) is the best for most WCs.

Mine will have to be like this. The rough out is about 540 mm like you, but once I install the WC with 505 mm outlet, there will be a small gap between the wall and the cistern. But overall will be shorter as the Inax one I have right now has a total depth of 780 mm. Well, I'm hoping for this anyway.

It will be better to get a one piece design if there is a gap btwn the wall so that the cistern can't shift/fall. The depth of my Inax is around 75cm which is abit long since other brands are typically below 71cm.
If you want to get replacement parts for the Inax, there is an online seller Kiaoranax/Kiaquest.

protrude the back wall like box up to your desire length to fit your wc then you can put some plants on the protruded wall

Pushing the toilet bowl forward might make it too cramped near the sink.
