Topmix and its subsidiaries are principally involved in the marketing and sales of their own brands of surface decorative products. They also undertake the design of surface decorative products internally as well as in collaboration with third-party décor paper suppliers.

IPO in conjunction with the listing of Topmix on the ACE Market comprising:

(i) Public issue of 82,709,000 new ordinary shares in Topmix (“Shares”) in the following manner:

19,693,000 new Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public;
7,877,000 new Shares made available for application by the eligible directors and employees as well as persons who have contributed to the success of Topmix and its subsidiaries;
49,232,000 new Shares by way of private placement to selected Bumiputera investors approved by Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry; and
5,907,000 new Shares by way of private placement to selected investors; and

(ii) Offer for sale of 19,693,000 existing Shares by way of private placement to selected investors

In a note on Wednesday, the research house, which does not have a rating on the stock, said there is no listed company from Bursa Malaysia that is directly comparable with Topmix.

Topmix most prolly will open at 60sen at least .. plenty of factors that may support that :
