The mistake is in the China supplier part, KK mart + supplier in Malaysia already said they got the socks in bulk, and didn't expect there is offensive word in them.

And the low amount of socks compared to the total socks reinforced it.

If KK mart want to offend, why not have EVERY socks with the offensive word, and in China, no supplier will layan you if you want to print custom socks in low quantity.

So my suspicion is another customer (might not be from Malaysia) ordered the offensive socks in bulk, and the workers in China accidentally put in part of that order to the total stock which is going to KK mart.
