Truecaller marked many Indah Water Debts Collectors H/P as SPAM and SCAMMERS.

Too many calls made by them to chase debts. Else, no one will mark them de.

When login to their portal page to pay, cacat all the time and running and ended with the page is expired. Please try again later.

debt collectors are rude. just say yes u wrong and will try to make payment soon as u can. tell u got no money no work now blablabla. and if they say wanna send ppl to house just say ok coz u cannot do anything. if they do come just call police.

Really go to CTOS as I received CTOS email and SMS by saying IWK marked me in their system.

even condo management u have outstanding till certain threshold

they can put your name into ctos (of course they have to subcribe ctos service to get your name into it)

Indah water say I owe them 2k.

Until now I never pay them. Fuck off.

My bill is only about 600, the remainder is from previous owner.

Weird normally lawyer will prorate the bills when signing snp. They will deduct everything before releasing the balance payment to the previous owner

if i am no longer to get loan, still need to care?

if u no plan to take loan , apply CC or even migrate to other country (eg: Certificate of Good Conduct)

then technically should be OK ..unless they amend law can block u exit from country with IWK outstanding (like PTPTN)

if cannot go thru, call iwk that you wanna settle partially. rasa rasa, you will need to go to iwk office to settle the matter...

bayar jer, last time was RM8/mth, last year RM10/mth, now RM12/mth.

If not mistaken has to show your water bill to show zero usage and they will waive the bill

Most shop lot tenants tak sukak bayar iwk reason from them because atas tingkat 5 sampai bawah pun sama satu paip tapi you charge each unit harga sama amount end up I'm the only person paid for my unit the rest everytime i see the billing at Mail box mostly warna merah punya

U shud have made sure with your lawyer that all encumbrances are cleared before releasing the money to the previous owner. This is standard SOP
