About 5 days to 2 weeks, depending on how fast it takes for TNB to verify site.

managed to change the tariff successfully i guess, becos normally my bill date is 4th of every month.
however, the application tarrif is on 19 march 2024, and the current bill is out on 22 march 2024 and the current bill includes a one-time charge of stamp duty rm10. although there is no where i can see the new tariff in system or what. but i guess, it must have been successful. ![]() This post has been edited by westlife: Mar 25 2024, 01:15 AM |

QUOTE(mushigen @ Apr 21 2024, 10:35 AM) Normally will be approved without particular requirements as long as u submit the request online.I guess unless ur usage of the electricity is super high until that it does not look like residential usage else in most cases, it will just be approved. The difference for commercial rate and residential rate, the monthly bill is like almost 2x more. |

QUOTE(westlife @ Apr 21 2024, 10:55 AM) Normally will be approved without particular requirements as long as u submit the request online. Thank you. I'm looking for a condo in JB now and most of them have commercial titles.I guess unless ur usage of the electricity is super high until that it does not look like residential usage else in most cases, it will just be approved. The difference for commercial rate and residential rate, the monthly bill is like almost 2x more. |
