yup totally agreed with you..after service and warranty kinda important for me instead of the price la coz ceiling fan..will use for a very long time haha...
just remembered that my other friend installed KHIND ceiling fan when moving to their bungalow..basically they turn on the ceiling fans during the daytime and open the windows..very breeze and surprisingly quiet too..think the product name is something with Zen Air..
am sharing to other friend now haha..
KHIND ZenAir is new series from KHIND. It is using BLDC Motor, thus it is very quiet. Reliability and performance wise, I dont know as I do not have any of it. just remembered that my other friend installed KHIND ceiling fan when moving to their bungalow..basically they turn on the ceiling fans during the daytime and open the windows..very breeze and surprisingly quiet too..think the product name is something with Zen Air..

If you are looking for any ceiling fan nowadays, go for BLDC Motor, it is normally consuming power below 40W (exclude LED Lighting option)
BLDC Motor: <40W
DC Motor: 45W to 60W
AC Motor: >60W
For remote control ceiling fan, go for those model that have Instant Start (means upon power on, no need to use remote control, the fan will start to rotate based on previous setting before power off). This is important especially for RF Remote Control, in case remote control is spoilt or lost. For IR Remote Control, you can still try to use SmartPhone App to control the fan, if needed.
RF Remote Control is better compared to IR Remote Control, as it doesnt really need direct pointing to the fan to control it.
