QUOTE(sadukarzz @ Mar 17 2024, 11:01 PM) They will build it themselves this time? or again Malton gonna be in line? Looking at the first phase, the road access and the residential will be built by WCT Office and commercial might be under Malton consider their experience in the past project. Mall might goes to WCT with their experience constructing Johor paradigm mall. Convention centre not sure which company will do. But not much difference consider the owner already through share purchase already owning these 3 (pavilion wct and malton) https://www.wctland.com.my/

QUOTE(Jazted @ Mar 18 2024, 07:14 PM) This one? yeah, as you can see the ones that are closer to the mall its more open for foot traffic those that are mid-further away, you will see that the foot traffic flow is abit awkward to its backlanes, take a look at chagee for example, behind/middle alley can be better utilized as well as the front area, as much as its open and presents plentiful of natural lighting, the glass / entrance designs for a few shops are relatively awkward
