 New Urban @ PJ South, New Condo Development in PJ South

Recently keep on seeing ads there is new development in Bandar Sunway. But after look into details developer IBRACO and the site actually a little bit distance from bandar sunway. From the map seems like quite near to Verando and right next to NPE highway. Layout from 553sqft 1R1B to 1000sqft 3R2B. In the ads mention only from RM300k so estimated is RM 550++ psqft. Anyone have already been to their showrooms?

Well spotted Barli.
Just before crossing LDP to Sunway along NPE.
The developer is quite established in Sarawak.

Just went to the showroom few days ago, no public transport and the free shuttle service is not guaranteed after two years, also there’s a new condo in the future beside the new urban.
Starting at around 340k

So called PJ south, mat rempit area. Aera residence is the best example. Back in 2021 almost proceed to purchase, luckily my wife stop me.

I went too, but the location very attracting and meh at the same time,
-pros
near to sunway ( middle of klang valley)
easy access
price factor

-cons
location next to the old poor residences
next to Matrempit
nearby got two graveyard (can be seen if live high floor)
public transport a little distance away
but this is one of the good price for property near Sunway

This area will be super crowded when all launches is completed. Aera, Helix, NewUrban, plus Dwitara nearby... Cant imagine the traffic that time

Tbh, there’s no where not crowded , or can move back to rural area, surely no crowded but far only. I moved from klang to semenyih now back to city area coz I’m working around kl
