So recently i went to change my car absorbers and service the rear absorbers.
Total cost rm2273.
Break down workmanship + parts costs:

Tein street advance front from japan (like new) - rm1550
Trw dtec for my brembo 4 pot front - rm233 (shopee)
Labour charg installation front adjustable - rm160 (more expensive for adjustable)
Labour charge installation brake pad - rm80 (cheap, previously other workshop charged me rm255!!! For the rear brake pads installation)
Service and install both rear stock absorber - rm200
2 pieces rear absorber bush - rm50.

This is one of the good malay shops. My mechanic for suspension related issues now hehe.

Haha I also did in that shop recently. Tukar minyak absorber all 4, charged rm480.

why no ask price first before starting work?

This shop good. I did before too for my toyota corolla ae101. Lasted 2 years till i sold off the car.

Rich guy absorber really different. Ayam punya front absorber less than 1k only per pair. Kayaba punya

Only if its not leaking oil. If leaking cant do anything d for stock absorbers. Need to replace.
If no leak but just become too soft, they will tebuk lubang, pour out the old oil and put in new oil. Then seal back the hole. If bocor, then need to throw because they cannot change the oil seal also.

No rich la. I bought secondhand only. If new full set rm7k lol

Its secondhand but very very good condition. Really looks like new. Can see the condition of the shaft still like mirror, boots still lembut and mealable. Very very good condition

I have engaged his service for 3x for this.
1st time it lasted 2years+ until i sold the car still ok.
2nd time is the stock front absorber i took out to replace with my tein absorber. Used 1 year+ still good condition. Just that i bought the tein because my front absorbers i cannot find new in malaysia due to the bigger knuckle holes compared to malaysia civic et/et ones. The teins no matter if bocor or rosak also everything can service.

They they fill up on the spot after remove or provide temp absorber until its ready?

On the spot. 1 hour+ a bit done d if no issues include take out, inject, pasang balik.
