I have a nightmare with them

I sign up package with them pay RM250 to rent the machine.

When I decide not to rent, they don want to come to collect the machine (that's mean I cannot get back my RM250)

I writting email and messager them few times only come to collect

after collect, wait few months also not credit to me, again, need to writing to them, show them the photo only bank in back to me

and did not get full amount

been use for 2 years

No all Nespresso brand machines at least in Malaysia.

Nespresso Inissia RM699 -got for office, best machine out of 3 IMO
Nespresso Essenza Mini RM699 -got the square/rectangle one so can travel with it, some countries don't have coffee machine or kettle in hotel room
Nespresso Latissima Touch RM1,899 -home usage but the coffee comes out less hot than other two, got it cheaper since using for few years now 1,399 or 1,599?

Now with the machine subscription and deals it's much2 cheaper to get. Last time we had to wait for Black Friday 1x a year in November only where you buy x amount of pods you get a 'free' machine.

The OL (original line) pods are not going away but Nespresso is diversifying and want to sell the Vertuo pods direct to consumers as that's how they make money. Their trademark for OL pods lapsed so other 3rd party can make pods for OL like Starbucks, Illy, Lavazza etc like you see in the supermarket. Unfortunately the Vertuo machines are known to be problematic and are not as hardy or long-lasting as the OL ones so most people like me don't bother switching to Vertuo yet.

Ya I heard only Vertuo Plus works ok. Vertuo Next the worst.

Yeah most my machines I had to wait for the Black Friday sale and got for "free" with buying the pods. As you going to consume the pods anyways it pays for itself. My time was way before any of the subscriptions which is way more attractive. Seem like if you have issue with the machine while under sub they will replace no questions asked - my bad, it's a 2-year warranty like new machine, but their customer service is excellent and usually they just replace the machine i've heard.

OL line being available everywhere is good for us the consumer. No need just buy direct from Nespresso if you don't want to. If you go to Europe the supermarket shelves are stocked with so much variety and good selection for OL nespresso. Here recently start getting a few different ones besides only Starbucks. I like the Illy ones.

Anyway I love Nespresso for the convenience especially in the mornings. Tbh since getting the machines years ago we go to Starbucks way less, very noticeable in our budget.

I can't relate people that obsessed with coffee and cannot live without coffee.

I can function like normal and have high energy in the morning when I'm working. As long as I eat breakfast, it's more than enough. Plain water with breakfast meal.
