Android / Google TV are basically the sameAndroid TV is the older one, Google TV is the newer one
Honestly it's basically just a different home screen launcher design that some older Android TV devices got too
Going for this is better than Samsung / LG / others that use their own OS because it being Android has better app support unlike Samsung Tizen OS or LG webOS
