The founder group have notice that recently many merchants and brand have started to shift their advertising budget from TV, newspaper, radio and etc. to online advertising. From the online advertising, most of the advertiser are able to reach their targeted audience with customer reviews. However due to pandemic, social commerce “live streaming” has been well notice and able to provide advertising with sales result. During these period, KOL (Key Opinion Leader) has been helping lots of merchants and brand go through the hard time during pandemic. There is also a statistic that in China, KOL may earn average RM5,000 a month. Thus, after pandemic, many smaller company and customer started merchants to look for KOL to promote their products. One of the main reason, many KOL doesn’t charge advertising fees. KOL only charge advertising fees when sales transaction completed. However, KOL can only do minimum products on one session and have been selective. Therefore many company have start to look for KOS (Key Opinion Seller) which focus on sale-orientation. However KOS have less experience and do not know where to look for merchants.
