hi , I've been exploring options for a combi oven with a budget of around 5k.
I've conducted a survey and intend to find one with a 7x liter capacity. However, during my search, it appears that only Vatti offers the food probe feature, while others do not.
I've been looking into brands like Fortile, Robam, and Vatti. Are there any other brands you're familiar with or would recommend?

Do you really need so many function in 1?

I think biggest question is, do you bake or have intention to bake
If yes then don't combine.


Electric steamers is replaceable with stove steamer, or induction cooker + steamer

cause i though combine like save lot of space .
bake may be 1-3 week once.

I think combi oven is on another level, those with superheated steam..

Can try anova but it’s not build in, build in normally cost a lot more
