Yes but my question is which apartment in JB city centre is 2000psf?? KLCC also still can buy below 1200psf. Singapore HDB also cheaper.

agreed, The selling price just aint right. Not much perks to buy a JB property is it higher price than HDB.

Still waiting for comparable apartment in JB with this price which is far above KLCC or SG HDB price.

JB a lot condo already over the price, buy easy, want sell u are not possible to get buyer...

Showing awards from unknown agency is no value.

The sea view will be blocked by R&F 4th /5th phase. They already done the land filling waiting the soil to be strengthen.

If no block and not that pricey, actually can consider.

Can you show the images or brochures for the 4th and 5th phases of R&F princess cove condo?

How many phases do they have in total?

The master plan look like there will be 7 or 8 phase in total. Each phase around 3k to 4k units. Currently is phase 3. In total will be around 2xk units.
