Yes but my question is which apartment in JB city centre is 2000psf?? KLCC also still can buy below 1200psf. Singapore HDB also cheaper.

agreed, The selling price just aint right. Not much perks to buy a JB property is it higher price than HDB.

The master plan look like there will be 7 or 8 phase in total. Each phase around 3k to 4k units. Currently is phase 3. In total will be around 2xk units.
