I also wonder where this land is situated. This is Sri Hartamas and not Desa Sri Hartamas. Very limited of land is available.

Sri Hartamas is also located besides the istana negara. So there is height restriction for developer to build the condo.

Definitely it’s a strategic location. Hope it will be a good product (with right size of layout for family members) and not like small sizes like Dorsett Sri Hartamas.

Location wise it's near MRT3, which is strategic. But it's too near to commercial shops and congested around the areas during peak hour ... you think it's a good investment?

Based on Bursa announcement, developer will do serviced apartments and commercial shops.
