How you guys watch tvb series other than astro?

watching the first 1, normally i don like to watch this like of love / romance movie 1 but this 1 is surprisingly good.
after my gf watch i just follow only.

If you want Chinese language entertainment, there’s not much choice. It’s either HK, Taiwan or China.

Taiwan entertainment is worse than HK especially their Hokkien series. China series have much better budget than TVB but they are hampered by strict guidelines from the government. There are improvements and some very good series from China today but a lot are just like those Kdramas about love. Despite all its flaw, TVB dramas occasionally are watchable especially when they tackle issues that are more relatable. However, the problem in the past few years is they try to compete with Kdramas and Cdramas that have much better budget. TVB needs to understand their strengths first.
