I am using Digi Rm40 with 5 subline for sometime.
Today I go service center want to add one more new line. Staff told me CANNOT add.

I have to change plan to those RM70/month and each subline now cost me RM30 min instead of previously Rm20.
I have no contract with me. So my question is:

1. They can choose not to add subline for me even I have the legacy plan or only this one shop?
2. Any other telco I don't need to have my main line with package more than RM70 and subline RM30 ?

i think likely whatever legacy plans you have now can only be used 'as is'. any changes made to it will not be supported as their system will not have such plans in place for modification. so you decide lo...

U have to upgrade from the legacy plan. No other way.

These days max also 4 lines for family plans.

just subscribe that additional line under rm70 per month la.. i think you spend lesser this way than revoke your 40 plan + all the additional to your subs.

How about go prepaid?

Afternoon I tried to add the line in Sunway Pyramid LG Digi Service Centre. The guy standing at the door there. Told me have to "upgrade" my plan.

Just now around 5pm, I tried to check again in IOI mall Digi Centre. That Staff directly add in the last new number as my subline directly. No "upgrade" plan is required.
Great is problem solved. No need to "upgrade" to their RM70 main and sub line RM30.
