3rd world countries laws mostly copied from western countries.

Western countries most of the time will lead in new moral/law standards, decades later only 3rd world countries catch up.

Just look at abolishment of mandatory death penalty recently adopted by JokerLand, if western countries didn't start that, u think JokerLand would suddenly abolish it?
