even if no phone, will still cause jem bcos ppl slow down want to see what happen.

Lorry wants to scare the rider probably by driving close but was too late on the brake.

It's impossible to build railways in front of everyone houses/shops/destinations.....so let's say the lorry is to transport goods from factory A at lot X to a shop in the city at lot Y, how would we move the goods from lot X to train station and from train station to lot Y. Not to mention some destinations are at the top of the hills like Cameron or Genting Highlands....
