I watched Jumper on the 13th night. I have to say, story line wise I'd give 6/10. Its kinda cliche and everything is too predictable. Not to mention that Canadian guy act just like how he did for Anakin Skywalker "
But as a VFX student, I have to say... the VFX is AWESOME. I don't know how many of you guys ever thought about how they execute the effects but I can tell you its not easy. Many shots were done repeatedly and also lots of 3D motion tracking... gosh, its really really revolutionary for the VFX aspect, I'd give an 11/10..... really impressive
The jumping part is very cool... wouldnt mind to watch again for the action... But the story is just a lil middle stuck... no beginning no ending... XD
If they are doing trilogy... then this would be a great movie... eagerly waiting...

my experience in the theater sucks today...
as usual, ah beng with the loud handphones ringing for at least 5 times during the show and he answered it as if no one is around, talk Foochow loudly.....
i guess this guy, his mom never teaches him the public manner.
and furthermore, some old grey hair apek fell asleep and the whole place can hear he snores...... when do this ppl learn the ethics in society?
too bad for you. But lucky for me since im watching it in weekday morning.. the whole cinema only got around 20+ people, which seat there quitely for the movie
i got a bit dizzy from the endless "jumping", and you know what i din get the slightest motion sickness from watching Cloverfield at all.... yea i agree with you all, its a normal pop-corn movie, giving it a 6/10, Hayden's (wooden)acting still hasnt improved at all, that irish guy with his wisecracks surpasses him easily... Oh yea another note though, when they're in japan driving the Merc, did you guys notice the driver seat is on the left hand side... wierd....
