Situated on freehold Malay Reserved Land adjacent to Kiaramas Danai and Kiaramas Cendana.

I believe the red line will be the new road to these 2 condos.

As long there's an empty land, developer will build new condo :/

It's for government staff housing but on malay reserve land..

So basically it's gonna be like those 100% from one community only....

Unless government have some loophole to exploit, and non malay government staff also could buy...

It's malay reserve land. Same rule apply to PPAM as well.

Malay Reserve land.... so only malays can buy. Don't think it will hit those highs.

Yes Malay reserved land. Kiaramas has 3 more plot of land besides MLIMA, this is freehold (not malay reserved), if u wanna wait for that.
