2 condominium developments, KYSA and MLIMA KIARA, are set to be unveiled soon, catering exclusively to the Perumahan Penjawat Awam Malaysia (PPAM) community at an affordable price of RM300,000 per unit for 1,050 square feet. Situated on freehold Malay Reserved Land adjacent to Kiaramas Danai and Kiaramas Cendana.
 I believe the red line will be the new road to these 2 condos. It's for government staff housing but on malay reserve land.. So basically it's gonna be like those 100% from one community only.... It's malay reserve land. Same rule apply to PPAM as well.

Land clearing has started. I went jogging last week at MK (across Kiaramas Cendana & Danai).
