Any warranty - inductor cooker given by developer?, if yes, how long normally?

the built-in induction cooker given by the developer was not fuctioning.
it should be less than 1 year now since the collection of the keys of the unit.
any chance that it is under warranty which can be claimed?

If it's part of the fixtures provided by developer (and developer did provide list), usually considered under DLP.
You should email/call your developer customer service or MO to ask about claiming defect.
