Ok long story short, last time got this one contractor injected some PU foam into the bathroom drainage system to fix the leak.

Now the foam is hardened for two yrs and my entire bath room drainage system was clogged.

Is there a way to fix this or dissolve it without hacking the wall and removing the pipe completely?

I'm confused here. The drainage is clogged due to foam or what? Initially the foam was used to fix leakage? Foam is inside or outside the pipe?

That is hard. I was confused since you mentioned 2 years. Meaning as it was okay before. Now it looks like the house was not occupied before.

Depends on how far deep the blockage location and how twisted. Probably can use drain snake used in clearing clog, but need to cut the tip a bit to make sharp point to be able to rake the foam and crumble it little by little. I have a snake pipe that can go probably 30 feet down the drainage. I think I bought it less than RM20 last long time ago.

Some similar to this. Probably will work.
