 condo water bill minimum payment, after adjustment

last time i was rm10 (minimum) but coming month dont know yet, but there's a notice telling us water per cubic meter rised to rm2.55 and minimum rate (Monthly) is RM25.50... does it means my minimum charges for water from previous rm10 rises to rm25.50??? wtf??

Condo that sits on commercial land. That one kenot convert.

Especially service apartments

Lot of new buyers never check the land which the condo is built on

Yup, you have no choice as the management buy water in bulk using commercial rate.
Next make sure Ur tnb sits as residential rate lol. Or else, u gonna get commercial rate

Just check Ur SnP and see the land status. If it is residential, go and form a group and ask Ur JMB to move to syabas water. If it's commercial, sell your house unless u plan to rent it

like my neighbours. when the news broke out say commercial rate will increase, they go and query management why increase?
die die say their old apartment can convert to direct syabas biling. end up ppl go korek that god damn apartment land title slap on his face told him residential can convert while commercial cannot (this was mentioned alot of time) while the dude keep insisting his old apartmet sits on commercial. after that i think he passed away cause of the embarassment.

Yup, so sad why no one do a proper check before buying.

If car also we can check the color, brand, engine and specs, house is much more larger and longer commitments.
